The updated X5 gets lightly reworked exterior styling with a reprofiled front bumper and more design differences for the M sport model. It also gets the BMW Live Cockpit Plus system, which includes cloud-based BMW Maps navigation. The air conditioning controls also receive touch functions.
Expected options on the India-bound X5 facelift will include a head-up display unit with augmented reality functionality, a panoramic glass sunroof with LED illumination, glass applications for various controls and a Bowers & Wilkins sound system. Expect more details on the new BMW X5 option list and their pricing for India soon. There no mechanical changes expected to the India-spec BMW X5 and the SUV will most likely continue with the current set of petrol and diesel engine options.
