Standard

The base variant of the Dio 125 is mechanically identical to the other variants in terms of the engine and chassis. Powering the Dio 125 is the Activa 125-sourced 123.9cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine making 8.3hp and 10.5Nm of torque. Even the base variant of the Dio 125 comes with start/stop tech, a front brake disc and it comes in the same colour palette as the higher DLX variant. The 4.3-in colour TFT display is the same as the higher variants - and other Honda commuter models - but misses out on Bluetooth connectivity. At Rs 86,733, the standard Dio 125 is the most affordable of this trifecta of variants to choose from. Six colours are on offer - grey, grey/black, black, blue, yellow and red - on the Dio 125 and both the standard and DLX share this colour palette.

X-edition

The X-edition is identical in terms of features and its mechanicals to the standard Dio 125 variant. What separates the X-edition from the scooter it is based upon is that it gets a new dual-tone paint scheme and contrasting red alloy wheels.
