18-inch aero-optimised wheels, LED headlights and taillights

The Urban Cruiser EV closely resembles the Maruti sibling, save for sleeker, segmented LED DRLs and triangular headlights, bridged by a thick black trim, and a smoother front bumper with two vertical air vents on the edges. Also different is the neat-looking bumper, flanked by vertical air vents at the edges. There's generous body cladding all around, and like the Maruti EV, the rear door handles are integrated within the C-pillar. Taillights also get the segmented effect and are not connected by a light bar, just like the front ones.
There are 5 monotone and 4 dual tone colour options. The former includes Cafe White, Bluish Black, Gaming Grey, Sportin Red and Enticing Silver. The dual-tone colour options on the Urban Cruiser Ebella include Cafe White, Land Breeze Green, Sportin Red and Enticing Silver, all with a black roof.

As with Toyota’s other rebadged Maruti models, there is little to tell them apart inside, and the Urban Cruiser EV’s cabin closely mirrors that of the e Vitara's. It has been equipped with a 10.1-inch digital driver's display, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ventilated front seats, 12-colour ambient lighting, an JBL sound system, and more.

7 airbags and disc brakes for all 4 wheels are standard across all variants, and the available other kit such as a 360-degree camera, front parking sensors, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold and an acoustic vehicle alert system (AVAS) will vary by the variant. The top-spec Urban Cruiser EV features a Level 2 ADAS suite with lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control.
Toyota says that they are offering over 500 EV-enabled service touchpoints, an 8-year battery warranty, a battery as a service (BaaS) rental programme, and a 60 percent buyback assurance scheme.
