Next gen Kia Seltos teased ahead of December 10 reveal

Kia has released the first official teaser of the next-gen Seltos ahead of the midsize SUV’s full reveal on Wednesday, December 10. Though the teaser doesn’t show much, it does preview a radically different design language for the new Seltos.

Horizontally split headlights

The new Seltos adopts similar design cues to Kia’s newer global models, especially up front, where the midsize SUV features a wide ‘Tiger Nose’ grille, which is lined with chrome and flanked by sharp vertical DRLs. Interestingly, the main headlight units are placed within the extremities of the grille, and include C-shaped, vertical, and horizontal LED signatures.

LED welcome animation and panoramic sunroof confirmed

Notably, the teaser shows off an LED welcome animation feature for the DRL units and headlights, and the Kia emblem sits right above the grille. The camera also pans upwards to show off a panoramic sunroof.

Honda  has officially delisted the Amaze  diesel model from its website. The compact sedan was the final diesel model in its segment that currently comprises of the Hyundai Aura , Tata Tigor and the Maruti Suzuki Dzire .
